Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £65 (or equivalent currency).
Will I have to pay customs fees?
This depends on your delivery country. If duties and taxes are collected during checkout, there will be nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives. If they are not collected at checkout, your local customs authority or delivery carrier may contact you for payment before delivery.
In a hurry?
Every customer receives an instantly available digital download. The link is contained in your confirmation email.
You will also receive access to the Welcome Dashboard where, amongst other things, you can see your plot on Google maps and download the interactive handbook.
All of our orders are shipped from the UK.
Orders to the UK should arrive within 7 working days.
Orders to Europe should arrive within 7-14 working days.
Orders to USA, Canada, Australia and the Rest of World should arrive within 14-21 working days.
The tracking details are added when the package arrives at Heathrow Airport, which might be up to 48 hours after you place an order.
If your country does not appear on the drop-down list on our website, then I’m afraid we don’t ship there but the 1 square foot package (which is a digital download product) is available in all countries.
We regret that we cannot ship to military bases, APO or BFPO addresses. This is beyond our control and we apologise for the inconvenience.
