We are unable to refund digital products. When the order is placed, it is immediately delivered with personalised details and the plot of land is instantly registered in the order name.
We do note this in the FAQs on our website.
As per our FAQ section: Please note that in instances where a customer has only ordered a digital download, we cannot guarantee a refund because of the nature of digital products. This is consistent with UK consumer law.
